Updates!

According to people in the know we've begun to get some traction with the radio, and we've seen over 80 articles online about this case. We want to thank everyone who has been spreading the word. It means a lot to everyone working to help. There is some bad news however, Ms. Duncan is having some health issues, the stress of the case seems to be exacerbating some old complaints and some new ones are appearing. Next month she has scheduled time with her doctor for some exploratory work. Needless to say this is making everything that much more difficult and we are hoping we'll be able to ramp things up to get her some peace of mind on this front. Thank you all and god bless.

Pictures of Susan and News

Here are some pictures to put a face to the story, Susan's been in Daytona beach, running clubs and throwing parties for local causes over two decades. She is a woman with a huge heart who has always given her best for others, holding banquets, car shows, and motorcycle rides for charity. That's what makes this so outrageous, a corrupt judge helping a friend put a woman who has given so much to the community through hell.

We've gone over the case on this site before but it still boggles the mind that a judge would violate a persons
civil liberties like that, not to mention trampling the public trust. Currently we are bringing complaint to the Judicial Review Board, as well as reporting irregularities in the plaintiff's filings to the IRS. We are firing ever weapon in our repertoire but we still need help in the form of donations and people to spread the word so please do what you can folks!

Video Update

To the left we have video of Judge Walsh violating Susans 6th and 14th amendment rights to counsel, this is our best evidence but it only shows part of the chicanery that Susan has had to endure in her dealings with the court here in Daytona Beach. If you have problems with the video please play it in cplayer.

Hopes and Plans

For our contributors who aren't concerned about confidentiality, Susan has said that she is planning some way to thank our supporters when all of this is over. If you save your receipt information from Google Checkout  and send it along to the defense funds email address at susanduncandefensefund@gmail.com we will  be holding on to that information, this is likely to be a small event where everyone who has supported her and her defense effort can be personally thanked for all their help.

Technical Issues Are Resolved

We had some technical issues with our Google Merchant account but after a test run through the system today the integration error has been resolved and we can once again accept donations. Sorry for the trouble to our wonderful supporters and we do apologize for the difficulties.

Seeking Partners

The Susan Duncan Defense Fund is currently seeking partners in spreading the word about Ms. Duncans plight, currently we have reached out to our state senators and representatives as well as the ACLU offices for Florida, and are in daily communication with those offices trying to arrange for further support. We would like everyone to remember us and if you have anything to give hit the donation button at the right hand side of the page because at this point every little bit really does help.

Working On A Dream

Hearings are being scheduled for the end of the month and we have video to go over concerning the previous behavior of Judge Walsh. It should be mentioned again that two other Judges handled this case before, and recused themselves for conflict of interest. That makes the behavior of Judge Walsh such a huge issue and makes our case that stronger judicial oversights would have drastically altered the proceedings in the original case. We have had some donations come in, but want to remind everyone how expensive this whole process is so please spread the word, link to us, or tweet this page, every little bit helps and we are keeping the people who donate in mind by planning an event if we meet our donation goals.
