Hello

Hi, this page is up to seek donations for the defense of Susan Duncan, a Daytona Beach entrepreneur so she can keep making the local night life a better and brighter place. Susan's legal troubles all started with the Ynot Bar and Grill, an establishment meant not only to be female friendly, but to cater to a female clientele. Over 6 months the primary investor became deceased and new financial partners were brought in prior to opening. Unfortunately this did not prevent all cash flow issues and the business went in to bankruptcy. Despite this one of the businesses that Ynot dealt with has pursued Ms. Duncan, trying to block her from continuing to do business despite good faith efforts to settle the debt and even with the assistance of Judge Walsh to penetrate the business' bankruptcy proceedings.

Judge Walsh has failed to allow Ms. Duncan to provide for her own counsel by providing her with a series of court appointed attorneys, several of which recused themselves based on conflict. It quickly became clear that Judge Walsh was operating in collusion with the plaintiff, however proceedings continued. When Judge Walsh set upon an attorney who did not do so he refused to allow any of the defense's prepared evidence in to court or allow the defendant to speak in her own defense. He has refused to allow the court appointed attorney to resign and so this site is going up to seek donations so independent legal counsel can be obtained. The end goal is to overturn the fraudulently obtained conviction by gaining a change of venue where unbiased judgement can hopefully be gained at last.

Update!

A continuance has been granted, as the courts are transferring Judge Walsh to another court, this means we have a much better chance of having our case heard, but we are still struggling to make ends meet. We implore our loyal followers to help spread the word and get people to donate. We have also found some information concerning the prosecution that we plan to bring forth to seek a mistrial due to conflict of influence concerns, but as that relates directly to ongoing proceedings we can not comment on it further.
Once again, thank you to our readers and god bless.
